$ 4500 (approximate based on 2025 prices) included: Chef, Sous chef and Assistant services- Chef planning, estimating, shopping, pre-event cooking in commissary kitchen. Chef, Sous chef, and assistant on-site cooking, buffet set-up, and service, clean-up during and after prep. Assistant refreshes buffet until one hour before event ends (Host prepared or purchased and presented desserts and did final clean up). Groceries. Tax on groceries and chef services, 18% gratuity.
