$3400 (approximate based on 2025 prices) included: Head Chef and Sous Chef services- planning, shopping, groceries, cooking, buffet set-up, and service for hors d’oeuvres; table service for salad, soup, main and dessert; clean-up during and after prep, and after each course except dessert, storing left-overs.  Client did dessert and after party cleanup. Tax on services and groceries; 18% gratuity.
